Year One: July 27-31, 2019 We will notify those that are accepted from the wait list after registration ends on March 1st and up until the 1st day of class, July 27th. After day 1 of class, the wait list will be cancelled. The culinary staff of the Clinton Center and the staff of the Educational Programs Department lead this unique week-long summer day camp. Over the progression of four years, student chefs learn proper culinary techniques, discuss nutritional information, visit local farms, and much more. Students participate in exciting food challenges throughout the week and conclude by preparing and executing a special reception to reveal their new culinary skills to family members and guests. At the graduation ceremony, they will also earn essential culinary supplies that they can use at home. Camp fees are $350 for Clinton Presidential Center members and $400 for non-members.
