Welcome to the San Diego Mentorship Network Program Assessment, designed by local San Diego organizations to help us better assist the young people we all serve! We believe good information drives great impact, so thank you in advance for agreeing to take part in this critical assessment to expand our collective knowledge of the varied mentoring connections offered to young people in San Diego County. Including your thoughts and services will help complete that picture and provide a mentoring map we can all use to improve outcomes for young people in our community. This assessment should take no more than 30 minutes, and the final results will be shared with the San Diego Mentorship Network, which will allow you to share your good work, connect to resources to help improve your programs, and provide access to a community of positive connections we can all use.
